Shipping & Returns

All items ordered before 2pm will be will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next day to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Delivery to the UK is guaranteed within 72 hours; however 99% of our parcels arrive in the UK within 48 hours.

If you wish to send a La Bougie candle further afield, then please get in touch with us by email at customerservices@labougie.com or telephone 00353 (0) 23 470 8821 . We have posted candles to Tonga and the Swiss Alps, so no destination is too remote or difficult!

We don't dispatch or deliver on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays

You will only be charged once per order for delivery. For example, if we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time.

We are happy to deliver to your office or home as long as someone is there to sign for your parcel. If no one is there, our couriers, DPD will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative delivery arrangements.

And finally….. if your parcel arrives and it is not quite what you expected, be it a damaged candle or a different order, please get in touch with us immediately so that we can put it right

Returns Policy

When you make an online purchase, you have a statutory right to return goods (unless they are perishable, or made to order) within seven days of receipt. If you wish to do so, you should notify customerservices@labougie.com, quoting the order number on your confirmation, as soon as possible, and provided that the goods are returned to us intact and unused within the seven day period we will refund the full price paid by you including any delivery charge.

The “cooling off period” is a statutory right, and over and above this we want all our customers to be fully satisfied with products purchase from The Website.

If you are unhappy, for any reason, about a product you have received from us please contact customerservices@labougie.com within 14 days of receipt, quoting the order number, and return the product to us for a full refund (excluding any delivery cost incurred by us) or exchange for an alternative product.

If a product you receive from us is damaged, or defective, in any way please contact customerservices@labougie.com within 14 days of receipt, quoting the order number (and, if possible, attaching a camera phone photo illustrating the defect). If the product is defective we will arrange collection and replacement, exchange, or refund at our option and expense.
