These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and in accepting them both you and The Company submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts in respect of any dispute which may arise under them

The price listed on the website at the time when you place your order will be the price of any goods supplied to you. All prices quoted for goods on The Website are inclusive of any VAT which may be applicable under Irish Law. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price in respect of any imposition of new taxes or duties, or where the price displayed on the Website was incorrect due to an error or omission on our part

No contract exists between The Company and you in respect of a purchase until we have accepted your order by email. Our issue of an email addressed to the email address you provided at registration (whether or not you receive or read it) is sufficient for this purpose

You have a statutory right to return a Product (a so called “cooling off” period) up to seven days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel an order up to the point at which it is dispatched.
